The room was excellent, very clean and the lighted mirror really helped. The towels were excellent, very plush. Then came the best surprise of all -- the breakfast. I thought nice breakfasts were a thing of the past, but this was one of the best I've ever experienced, so much variety and all of it so tasty. I just can't complement this hotel enough -- a great experience at the end of my travels. One note of slight concern -- the shower floor can get a little slippery, so adding some traction to the floor is recommended. "

"The front desk was a male he was nice and efficient. The hot tub was dark brown the water looked filthy and it wasn’t hot it was only warm. The pool area didn’t even have a garbage can available. The hot tub was such a disappointment since we stayed there specifically because we wanted to use the Hot Tub. The sofa bed had a dirty and stained mattress cover and when we called the front desk to kindly request clean sheets, a comforter and 2 pillows she was so rude on the phone and asked for us to go get them. I kindly asked if they could be brought up which she answered with an attitude and said I guess and hung up. We would Never stay here again. I’ve had way better experiences at other hotels with the similar price range. Very disappointing and would not recommend. "
