「The experience was terrible. The toiletries were of very poor quality, and the water was cut off before we checked out without prior notice, leaving us and our child without water to wash our faces and brush our teeth.」

「Our stay at Rocky Gap Casino & Resort was not quite what we expected. We were looking forward to a relaxing getaway, but we did experience a few issues during our visit. The shower water was only lukewarm, and we ended up having to switch rooms twice. 「Maybe the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. When I got to my room my air conditioner wasn’t working. After trying a couple times, the desk clerk moved me to an upgraded room. No questions asked. The rooms are spotless - honestly cleaner than some luxury hotels I’ve stayed in. It could use better mattresses and linens, but given the chain and class of hotel they were appropriate. I would stay here again.」
