「Staff is very friendly. We booked a queen bed room and was initially given a two bedroom room due to a mix up. We unlocked room and before we could do anything else they came to us apologizing about the mix up. They then gave us a king bedroom and only charged us for a double bedroom. All of this without us saying a word! We will definitely be booking with them everytime we pass through, which happens often. Rooms and amenities are nice, clean, comfy and plentiful.」

「This was the very dirtiest most rundown MOTEL I have ever seen. It was $120 a night. The lobby windows are so dirty you can barely see through them. The desk person did not understand English . The room was filthy and someone's hair was all over the sheets. And Expedia double charged us so we spent $500 on two rooms. They are telling me they only charged $240, but it's right there on my credit card statement. Never stay here and never use Expedia!!」

「This is a pet friendly hotel, I get that. But at check-in, I asked for a pet free room and the clerk said there aren't any "pets can go anywhere they want." She meant it. They were all over the dining area, and in the morning when we went to breakfast the carpets and booths were covered in dog hair. Yuck. They need to keep pets out of the dining areas. I'm sure the Board of Health would not be impressed.」
