"What a difference a year makes. Floor in room was greasy. I wash cloth and 2 towels total in room. Trash overflowing in front entry trash receptacle. 2 staff members were friendly but rest not very professional. "

"They had one working ice machine for all 15 floors. There was super limited parking, and the parking they did have there were hypodermic needle caps in the parking lot all over. "

"Check-in was a breeze! The hotel was extremely clean, as was the room. The location felt safe, and there were lots of restaurants in the vicinity. Definitely a great pick for a stay in Mobile. "

"The person at the desk was super helpful. The ice machine was broken so he got us some ice. The elevator was broken and being seniors and women he carried our 50lb suitcases up to floor 3. I don’t know what we would have done if he hadn’t helped us. It is an old building so can use some repairs but otherwise not bad. I would stay there again if tge elevator worked."
