「This place is Awsome.」

「Clean,close to businesses」

「The check in was simple and easy. We were not told anything about WiFi password or ice. Only restaurant choice on night we got there was to order delivery which was $25 for a small slice of lasagna with a small slice of bread with an additional 20% fee and a $5 delivery charge- so $35 for a small cold piece of lasagna and no table to eat it at in the room. Only one chair as well so no place for my spouse to sit to eat. Patio was dirty and had not been cleaned off and same with all the cushions...

「I think it’s a two star motel and that’s what we got. Inexpensive lodging with some dirty baseboards. Otherwise it was just fine.」

「I attended a music festival in Redmond and the Redmond INN was available and near the fairgrounds. The price was great and thought I wouldn’t spend much time there anyway. My flight was delayed and wasn’t able to get checked in until after 1:00 am. I called and spoke to a very nice man who said he would be there when I arrived. Very polite and get me checked in right away. I started to have second thoughts only because the place is older and a road side Motel. But to my surprise, when I entered...

「Employees were very nice. Towel rack fell of the wall. Lots of parking. Close to a wonderful restaurant breakfast and lunch. Shops nearby. The room was clean.」

「The property is not safe, the doors do not lock, the mattress has a burn whole, the bathroom was dirty and when we tried to check out early for our safety no one was around. Then they refused to provide a refund, even for the night we didn’t stay. This property should not be on Expedia, it is basically like a flop house. Awful and unsafe.」

「Staff made a rude comment and the fire alarm beeped all night making it a horrible night lacking sleep. Gross layer of dirt on the ground as well.」

「The room were clean for the most part. But you get what you pay for. The bed was clean as the bathroom. Floors could use some attention and mopped. There was no fan in the room and only had a small AC which kept the room cooled. Decoration was good looking I loved the glass and marble floors and decoration design.」
