「Loved this quaint hotel over the pub. Breakfast was superb! Best cuppa I had on my trip. The room and bathroom was beautiful and comfortable. The only downside is that the 4 floors are all walk-up; so although we were on the second floor - it was three flights up with heavy suitcases. I wish there had been staff available to help carry the cases up. 」

「The room was well equipped, spacious and comfortable, and staff eere friendly and helpful. We were very pleased with the location of the hotel, very handy to Hanmersmith Station. The was some dampness in the carpet outside the door to the bathroom, but staff promised to take care of this once I mentioed it to them. We did not have breakfast in the hotel, as we had to check out early.」

「This stay has got to be my favorite in the last 2 years. The whole vibe is charming. The staff was very attentive, helpful and a joy to interact with. The rooms were not only clean and cozy but stylish as well. Food was amazing too! Cannot say enough good things about my stay here. 」

「I accommodated here with my mum who's in wheelchair & I remarked our condition in the booking before checking in. However, I found the bathroom is the same as ordinary people when I saw there's a step up to the shower cubicle. As the bathroom floor doesn't have sewage, she's unable to take shower over the stays. As it's co-operated with Ibis in the same building, I'd rather go for Ibis next time as they literally provide a full accessible bathroom to us last year. Although Mercure is new...
