Amazing hotel with all the facilities you need. Great views of Southbank and easy access to the city. Clean rooms with inclusive mini fridge and bar snacks. Highly recommend to anyone travelling to Brisbane!

The room was amazing and the location fabulous for a city stay close to everything. The room inclusions were a great extra touch. Trying to access the parking is tricky and very poorly signposted. The breakfast was disappointing and the fact I ordered gluten free being ceoliac and the served a meal with gluten in it could have been disastrous, had I not noticed it was the same as my husbands serving I would have been very ill. Over all we would stay again but skip the breaky option!

The Star prides itself for delivering excellent customer service. From the time we arrived we were welcomed by Emma at the Front desk; she is an asset to the property. Professional and personable.
