布蘭伍德出租度假屋

「Loved the view and amenities.」

「We really loved the apartment. It was clean and spacious, a great location and comfy beds. It was in a lovely building too. We would definitely choose Kasa again. Our only issue with this one was the noise from outside at night. We’ve not reduced the score as a result, as there’s probably not much that can be done about it, but they had the noisiest bin lorries with loud safety alarms ringing whilst collecting rubbish at midnight every other day and lots of noisy people and vehicles on the road...

「Very clean space! Great location!」

「Great communication great location perfect property」

「Self check in is very simple, there are about 7 lockers available for luggage storage before check-in if needed (they are on a first come basis) our room was exactly what we needed, very cozy and clean! The property is well maintained. Everything was just about perfect until check out, we had messaged the hotel and let them know we planned to use one of the lockers as check-out is 10 and our flight wasn’t until 3pm but we wanted to ensure we would be able to access the lobby still, we were told...

「The beds, pillows & comforters were super comfortable. Place was smaller than pictures represented, however we appreciated the bathroom size & its aesthetics! The place was very clean. We so appreciated the accommodations made. We had a lovely time & were comfortable between the 5 of us during our stay there!」

「I didn’t really like the key fob thing we only had one so we had to leave with our guest and come back up it would’ve been better if there was a better key system for the elevator I will see the lady her name was Anna who worked the desk for the apartment complex was absolutely amazing nice and friendly she was very informative and let us stay there for a little bit before we could get in we didn’t realize that it was an apartment complex when renting it we thought it was more of a hotel style...

「Best place ever」

「The first picture displayed on Expedia of this "Penthouse" location is what a penthouse looks like, but the picture was just of a common area. The actual unit looks nothing like it. Check in requires downloading an app and figuring it out, not the easiest process. I can deal with tech and apps, but this one was not easy to deal with. The main screen showed four entries, but you had to go to a secondary page to find the elevators and doors. The code they gave for the actual unit worked...
