「We had a delightful stay. This B&B is conveniently situated along the west end of Commercial and very well run. The bed was super comfortable. The back deck and front were relaxing places to hang out, and the hot tub was clean. Stan was an exceptional host who gave us plenty of great ideas for our stay (things to do, where to eat, etc) and was also very friendly and all around helpful. 「The Crews Quarters was recommended to me by the Revere Inn owner. I needed an extra night stay in town. It was too much fun. The best location and the owner and staff are very accommodating. Friday night the lobby was and the upstairs deck had great energy. The shared showers at first seemed a challenge for me as I am seriously shy. It was easy and really plays into the vibe of the Crews Quarters. I am definitely gonna stay again. 」

「I couldn't recommend this property more highly - the location is extremely convenient and fairly central, but somehow (at least with a room facing the harbor), I never heard ANY noise from the outside! 「Waterford has always been my PTown go-to when traveling via ferry from Boston! David especially at Waterford is accommodating and responds to any concerns quickly without hesitation. 」

「Shannon & the other staff are so friendly and helpful. The bus service to P'town is excellent and timely, and the bus stop is right outside the hotel. They have an indoor pool, easy bayside access, and washing machines and dryers. Reasonably priced. I hope to stay there again.」

「This was a WONDERFUL place to stay, we would do it again. Traveled with 2 adults and a kiddo, a king room was perfect (it was huge). We had a small semi-private deck which was lovely to sit on. The view was INCREDIBLE! We can see the Pilgrim Monument from the room. Staff was very friendly and it does provide a small continental breakfast (yogurt, cereal, coffee, juice, hard boiled eggs...)」

"AVOID THIS HOTEL One of the towels provided had a brown stain that was extremely ugly (doubt it may be undesirable marks, with a bad smell). What's worse is that I discovered it after shower when I was using it. This was unacceptable, especially for an esteemed vacation house like this. When I reported the issue to the front desk during check out, I received no apology and was told that no compensation could be offered because the booking was made through a third party (on Expedia), and the front desk could do nothing about it. He said he would report to the manager, and I received no follow-up. I find this response both unprofessional and disappointing. I also wrote an email to the management team and received no response. The general experience was unpleasant. I hope I can receive proper settlement from the hotel management team."
