「The floor was sticky and the refrigerator stunk. Staff and lady doing breakfast was very helpful and nice. The air-conditioning was not working properly. I have always stayed here and it was great. Not this time. I think they had all new staff.」

「We’ve stayed here for our visits to Pineville for the past 6 years. Although it is an older hotel you can’t beat the price and location. If you’re looking for a safe and reliable place to stay, this is it.」

「We got a suite and it was beautiful. We didn't know the fridge was gonna be a full size that was a nice surprise. And the kitchen sinks bigger then mine. Plenty of room for the 5 of us (nephews staying for the summer). Only con was the bathroom has a barn door style and we would of liked a little more privacy. But the room divider curtain was a nice touch.」

「This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The hotel looks nothing like the photos advertised online. There is no real lobby as shown in the pictures. Check-in is done through a glass window, similar to a basic roadside motel. When I entered my room, I immediately noticed that the bed sheets were dirty and stained. I contacted the front desk and requested clean sheets, but the staff refused, saying they were busy and that because the hotel was full, they had no extra clean...

「The Hotel was a bit dated but it is an over 100 year old property. It is really nostalgic and in good shape for a hotel that age. The rooms are very nice and well done. This hotel is definitely worth a try.」
