The property was not inviting. Carpet was torn in places, ammonia smell around the room, several rooms with random construction type materials with shades open visible from the outside. Check in was slow but the staff was friendly.

Upon checking in my room,there were no pillow cases on the pillows.the pillow cases they put on were thin And dingy looking.there was noise throughout the hallway all night,which kind of frightened me.the mirrors and furniture were not wiped down properly.last but not least,check in was easy,and the girl at the front desk were very helpful

The staff was friendly, professional, and welcoming — they were honestly the best part of my stay. Unfortunately, the room did not meet basic cleanliness and comfort expectations. The sheets had visible stains, and the pillows were extremely flat and uncomfortable. I considered bringing it to management’s attention, but since I won’t be returning, I decided not to. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future guests.

Stayed there 5 nights. Room wasn’t made up on 2 of the days. One day they took the dirty towels but didn’t replace them. They also swapped out the pillows when I was there from ones that were comfortable to ones that were overstuffed pieces of foam. Bugs in the bathroom one night. Painting doors on my hallway during the time I was there. They were also painting in the exercise room, so I couldn’t use it, and the lobby stunk of paint that day. Breakfast was often out of items. I have never had bad waffles until I made the ones at the hotel. On the other hand, it was inexpensive, the bed was comfortable, the room was quiet

My children and I were only there for one night, but it was a very pleasant night. From check-in, the front desk worker was so kind. The room was nice and clean, and we felt safe during our stay. Very pleased!

I stay here quite often, usually every 3-4 months. Since the renovation has pretty much been completed; the property is a lot nicer. However, due to low staffing levels; I was not able to check in on time as the rooms were not completely turned over "due to we were totally booked the night before" per the 1 daytime clerk on duty. It's a good place to stay for a moderate price most of the time.

Great place!

The area is safe and convenient and the staff was amazing! From check in to housekeeping they were always so friendly and accommodating. I stayed here 3 weeks for work and never needed for anything.
