I left a message for the manager in the morning and at lunchtime because I was charged on my incidental card the complete balance. I’ve been waiting to get a reversed for 3 days. that eveningTiffany texted manager because nothing was done and I was never called..she was told she’s busy doing someone here. She’ll look into it later. A guest walk down asking for towels. This is Friday night. She was told they do not have any extra towels. The customer said they were left with one towel in the room so I guess she’s not taking a shower tonight.

room was dirty as well as the bathroom and tub were filthy. front desk staff was rude and not helpful at all. outside doors get left open all the time so anyone can walk in at any time and the property is really loud people stay up late making all kinds of noise on all days of the week

Clean room and the lady who cooked the breakfast buffet was so kind I'm in handicapped and in a wheelchair. She wrapped our plates we wanted to eat in our room she was very kind.

I don't think I have stayed at a worse hotel. I feel bad saying so because the few front desk ladies I spoke with were nice, and tried to help where they could. Phones that were present in the room's do not work (in any room). The elevator was down throughout the two night stay - which negates my need to book an accessible room for my father. The blanket was filthy. And the sofa covered in mystery stains along with a lovely yellow stain on the actual pull out bed. Also the dirty curtains and floors. Our toilet and tub was stained yellow and the hair dryer on the wall fell apart as soon as I touched it. It felt like everything that could go wrong went wrong.

The first room the door wouldn't open with the key card. The attendant had to open the door with her key. The ac unit had broken vents and was full of mold. The towels were filthy along with the room and the tv didn't work. The second room needed towels but it was cleaner than the first one.

The room was filthy, there was no bed sheet on bottom Mattress, Toilet had hair on seat and a ring in it. Tub had mildew around it and i could not even think about putting my feet on that shower floor. I checked in and check out. and had to go spend another $480 to get a room at 1am after traveling 7 hours. Today makes 5 days later and i have yet to get a return call from the manager that i have been leaving messages for nor have they returned my money for the two days i prepaid for prior to arrival. I was so angry that this was the case i was exhausted and spent $850 plus too find a place to sleep.
