Great place to stay!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Check in was fast, room was clean with plenty of space. The bathroom had a huge shower that worked great. We only stayed one night but were very pleased and will definitely stay here again should there be a need to stay in Alexandria overnight.

The Hampton Inn & Suites in Alexandria was really great! It is very clean, comforting, and had everything I needed. They provided breakfast and did a nice happy hour. The staff was SO wonderful and went above and beyond. Their airport shuttle broke down and they found accommodations to get me to and from the airport safely and in a timely manner. Definitely recommend!

Our stay was great, the only issue was our first room. When we walked in, it looked like someone had laid down in the bed, comforter folded down, pillows messed up. We took a picture and show the front desk lady and asked if that was normal. She immediately apologized and gave us a different room. She was so nice about it. We were not upset, laughed about it. Other than that, it was a perfect stay.

I love Hampton inns but!

The staff was excellent and the room was nice. The bed and pillows were not very comfortable. Very hard and lumpy. The shower was awful. The head would not stay up and kept falling down. Other than that everything was good.
