"This truly was a tale of two properties. On the plus side, the physical property was fantastic. We booked an ocean-side room with a balcony -- and the view of the sunrise each morning was spectacular. Dining room, pool area, and fitness center were all first rate. However, the staff and service left *a lot* to be desired. Just a few examples: Our room was not ready at 4:00 and the front desk staff didn’t seem particularly concerned with finding a solution. The lobby bartender disappeared at closing time so we couldn’t properly close out our tab with a tip. The Chill Bar was a disorganized mess (staff wasn’t sure if they were open or closed; got someone else’s bill - and there were only two other couples in the bar!). I understand this is a new property; they’ve got a lot of wrinkles to iron out."

From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome with their warm smiles and genuine professionalism. Check‑in was quick and effortless, and every team member I encountered went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable. The room was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the little touches like quality toiletries, plenty of towels, and a perfectly functioning A/C—especially important in Florida. It was clear that cleanliness and guest comfort are top priorities here. The hotel amenities were just as impressive. The complimentary breakfast offered a great selection, and everything was fresh and well-stocked. The pool area was clean and relaxing, making it a perfect spot to unwind after a long day. Overall, this Best Western exceeded my expectations in every way. Whether you’re traveling for business or vacation, this is the kind of place that makes you feel right at home. I’ll definitely be returning and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable, comfortable, and welcoming hotel experience."

"Like almost every beach side hotel in Ormond Beach and Daytona Beach the facility is not new. This hotel had some wear but the room was very clean, beds were comfortable, towels were a nice bright white, and the pool is great. Jackie kept the breakfast area spotless and well stocked. Our three little boys were able to find things for breakfast and we all loved the bagel bar. The balcony of our room faced the ocean which was an unexpected, fantastic surprise. We had a blast here and will be back!!!!!"

"I honestly don’t know where to start! This hotel was the best experience I ever had….. the staff was super helpful! It was my fiancée’s Birthday they decorated the room with balloons, had a great bottle of wine! Everything was so beautiful. I would both recommend this hotel as well as return."
