「Unfortunately this property did not live up to the standards that I am usually accustomed to. First of all it is an old property and they need to update. We reserved 3 rooms... one the door would not close properly and the key would not work. Another room the tv box was broken had to have it fixed...not till next night. Housekeeping does not come in everyday so had to go to front desk to ask for clean towels. the breakfast had something to be desired, coffee and juice are there but the other...

「In general the hotel is very good. The only place I didn’t like was the swimming pool. Excellent service and breakfast. The room was clean, the location perfect near to the restaurants and place to shopping.」

「We traveled up 7 hours to attend a family members funeral. The beds were very uncomfortable- hard as a rock. I called the front desk to request a softer bed and was told every single bed is the same. We went to the funeral at 10:30. It was decided that because we did not sleep we would drive home and not stay the second night. I spoke with Expedia and the manager at the Hampton Inn and neither would offer any resolution as far as a refund for the second night. We won’t stay at another Hampton...

「It was so bad that we just left after entering the room, there were far too many issues to believe it could be easily fixed, or that another room would have been much better. Of note, there was only one other car in the parking lot, not sure why they would give us such a bad room (if there were others that were better). Problems: door lock broken/loose, BIG gap under the door, bugs crawling on the ac unit, on the bed, flying, the room was stuffy when we entered and had a weird smell, the ceiling...

「The room was filthy and old. How hard is it to paint. The sheets were clean and no bugs. There was a fridge and Microwave. But there were no utensils or cookware to use the cooktop. No dishes, just plastic and styrofoam cups. There was a construction lot very close to rooms. They were working on something and I had to ask the front desk to have them stop. Beep, Beep for over a hour. The free breakfast was coffee and two cereal containers and a table with 8 chairs. No water, and the utensil bins...
