"Good customer service (I had to extend my stay but change rooms, the cleaning staff moved by baggage between rooms for free). Overall clean and well maintained. The only warning I have is that the heat build up is pretty bad in the rooms and there is no air conditioning, just windows that you can open and a fan provided. I would recommend it for the cooler months but avoid it come mid June through September."

"My stay was excellent- I especially liked that my unit was clean and comfortable with a platform bed and good light (from two windows) spanning its length. The hotel is in a convenient but quiet location close to Bayswater Station (1 stop from Paddington), Queensway Station, and Notting Hill Gate Station; shops and markets are closeby if you want to cook a meal, or stock your fridge. The staff was especially helpful in checking me in, and answering navigational questions- like pointing me in the...
