「Property front Desk staff was rude and arrogant. Breakfast was disgusting. Front desk bathroom was locked. After several requests the staff did not allow to use it . He shouted on clients Rooms are so dirty. In Bathroom lot of broken floor tiles. Very bad experience I have .」

「The room was clean, and the air conditioner worked great. I was disappointed with the bath towels. They were thin, and there were only 2 towels for 2 people. Women need an extra towel for their hair. The first day of cleaning during our stay, Housekeeping left one clean towel and one of the towels we had used that morning. 「We arrived at the location and the guy in the front said the system what down and it wouldn’t be up for hours or until 7am. we couldn’t get a refund because no one responded to our message we sent. I had to spend more money for a different hotel.」
