「Booked and paid for deluxe suite with city view, to only be downgraded to junior suite with no windows without telling me! Also shower very dangerous, not all water goes gown drain so when you step into shower it’s like stepping on ice. It’s all about the location, very good only a few hundred metres from the clock tower. Also have a very small pool on ground floor for those hot days.」

「The property is a good value. Well equipped and maintained. Excellent staff. Breakfast is sparse but good. While the location is excellent, as it is very close to the old town main areas of interest and the marina. it is nevertheless outside of other walls of the old town and the last block or so before one reaches the main door of the hotel’s building is dirty and smelly.」

「El hotel está céntrico está en un buen punto. Puedes hacer las mayoría de las actividades a pie. La facilidad puede mejor más en el mantenimiento. El personal como la recepción estuvo excelente. El desayuno está aceptable. Otra cosa tiene que poner la foto correcta para que la gente vea los cuartos exacto. Tiene agua caliente. Lo recomiendo y tiene restaurante cerca.」

「Habitaciones limpias, comida bien aunque varias cosas no tenían que estaban en la carta ,áreas comunes en especial Loa baños sucios , mantenimiento del Lugar mal en especial area de alberca solo la atención del Chico de la barra rescato su servicio pero no se da abasto les falta personal el Lugar está increíble para descansar pero les falta mucha atención y coordinación se nota que no hay un responsable o gerente a cargo No lo recomendaría ni regesaria lástima de playa y vista ya que está...
