「Terrible! Avoid! Paid USD100 but no hot water to shower. Wasted 2 hours liasing with receptionist as was told to run the water longer. 「I really can’t complain. I had an amazing trip. I love Colombia. This is my third time visiting however, the only thing I didn’t like is, I didn’t request for my room to be cleaned and they came and clean my room anyway other than that I really can’t complain. The staff was great. The cleaning ladies are nice very helpful. The hosts was amazing I totally forgot their name so that I could give them a shout out sorry, ladies.
