The staff was very kind and accommodating. The breakfast they made was delicious and filling! The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable, and we enjoyed the pool as well. We were also able to leave our valuables in the safe in the room, which made us feel assured while spending the day at the beach. We would definitely stay here again!

It was the perfect stay!!! The staff was EXTREMELY nice and welcoming. The location is excellent as it is very close to all the touristy locations. The rooms were not that luxurious, but it had everything we needed. I really enjoyed my stay and would definately book again there if I ever go back to Cartagena.

Excellent location within the walled city. We were within walking distance of pretty much everything. The best part is that the hotel is located in quiet area so you don’t have to worry about losing any sleep. The staff were incredible, hotel was always clean and the breakfast was delicious!!

Casa Heredia es ideal si lo que buscas es tranquilidad y privacidad. El lugar es pequeño, solo tiene las habitaciones alrededor del patio y la recepcion, donde siempre hay alguien. Es acogedor y privado pero le falta ambiente. Las habitaciones son comodas, amplias y limpias. El desayuno muy completo y agradable de tomar en el patio por la mañana.
