「Was a quick and simple over night trip. The property is brand new and very cute. Our room was a king suite and was set up very modern and we loved the style of it. We slept great. The only couple things I’d say is the water pressure is lacking there of and the kitchens have zero stock of anything so families that stay and need to heat up something on the stove top, you’d need to have brought your own pan and dishes but we didn’t require that. Look forward to visiting again」

「For the price I did not expect torn fabric on the chair, chipped finish on all wood furniture. Bathroom grout had visible dirt and anything below the toilet looked like it had been mopped with dirty water. Floor trim was disgusting.」

「Lovely outdoor seating areas near the lake. The fireplace, electric and temperature control, brought warmth and coziness to the cabin. Would have liked a way to brew fresh coffee. 」

「They have suites with three beds in 2 seprate rooms which made our stay comfortable and wonderful. Definitely come back again.」

「We are the customers checking staying in this hotel. The experience is very unsatisfactory and unhappy. There were insects in room, stain on the carpet, phone, alarm, hair dryer, they were all no function. There were hair clip, bottle caps left in room from other customers stayed before. When asking for room cleaning, nothing happened even I came to the front desk reiterating our demand. It is unbelievable and unacceptable. The worst and terrible hotel we have ever stayed. They don't care...

「最棒的是早餐，用餐时间到早上十一点半，十几款餐即点即做，完全可以抵上一个午餐，服务人员态度也很好。房间宽敞舒适，唯一不太好的就是洗手间有下水道的异味，要通风半个小时后才没有味道。另外从西雅图市区开过去要经过一座收费的桥，每次通行6刀。但考虑到早餐整体性价比还是不错的」

「Continental breakfast is good, indoor pool is great for kids and the location is central for Tacoma and Puyallup, right near the highway entrance.」

「I did not like that the breakfast was not a full breakfast as advertised, and the waffle maker did not work properly. I was also frustrated that you were going to charge me 30 more because I arrived an hour before the time to check in. Travelers don't always arrive at the time of check-in, and if the room is ready, why can't they check in early? The room is not being used, unless it is a cheap, by the hour hotel.」
