「People super nice always. Rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast had lots of choices and the other restaurants were good too. Easy to move around they’ll pick you up any time .Short uber drive to la fortuna downtown.」

「If i could give confort Arenal 1000 out of ten i would. Staff was the friendliest and their treatment of guests is very personal. The breakfast was delicious. There were so many plants and facilities are well kept. You felt in an nature oasis. Already planning our next visit with the whole family. The rooms are so spacious, clean and comfortable. The pool was gorgeous with a perfect view of the volcanoe. Felt like home! Thank you Geysel and all staff for the amazing service and stay. 」

「Delicious and healthy breakfast, clean cabin with view of volcano (although it was mostly covered by the cloud when we were there). It was a bit noisy with car noises as it faces a road, so ear plugs are a must if you are a light sleeper. 」

「Baldi is an amazing and one of a kind hotel! The new rooms in the back of the hot springs are huge and beautiful. There’s no other place in the world like their multi-level volcanic hot springs. They are a must see while in Arenal. The spa is incredible as well! 」

「Clean room. Amenities at hotel were nice. Sometimes in evening felt ignored if you were not directly in the restaurant for food. Hot tub great and individual room hot tub nice. A little bit too hot. I wish there was a way to add some cold water to moderate it. Grounds lovely and felt very private. Felt safe. Nice to walk around. Staff overall nice and helpful. Clean rooms and towels. 」

「Everything i say about this hotel is not enough. The nature, scenery, animals (birds, frogs, other creatures like coati...) it's a paradise. Extremely friendly staff , they learn their guests name and call them greet them warmly by their names. Restaurant food is great snd toothsome, the housekeeping is excellent. Everyday they model the towels in different shapes, like cats, elephants,..!! Staying at this hotel is going to be one of the most memorable stays for you. The location is also close...

「首先，网上说的很吵闹并不觉得，可能是我拿到了一个二楼的房间（15）。wifi信号别的地方不错，这15房间里挺差劲的。另外，他并不提供牙刷牙膏。总体上来说不错，旅游区嘛价格也不是离谱。另外二楼阳台的景色不错，日落的时候等天气凉快一点，可以坐在沙发上看太阳从火山边上落下来，除了面前有几根电线挡住了视线。」

「Helt fantastisk! De ansatte er bare verdens fineste, søteste, mest hjelpsomme menneskene. Hele stedet er i et med jungelen, vi hadde en lux rom ut mot vulkanen / skogen. Alt var rent, fresht og høy standard. 」

「L'albergo è appena fuori da La Fortuna, ma comunque molto vicino al centro abitato e al Vulcano e al parco nazionale. La camera è spaziosa e pulita, la colazione era varia e buona, la proprietaria è stata incredibilmente gentile e disponibile. Ottimo anche il servizio di lavanderia e complessivamente un buon rapporto qualità prezzo. 」
