「Hotel was undergoing renovations. Not the best appearance. Nonetheless, the floor we were assigned was fully renovated. (3rd floor) Rooms were perfect and new. Very clean.
Only inconvenience, they smelled like fresh paint.

「good location, convenient and 5 minutes away from Biltmore Estate. Friendly staff, very clean hotel. Heated pool and jacuzzi were the added bonus for our kids. Our family was pleased with our stay. The only suggestion or complaint we have is the toilet seat needs a bigger cover. It’s a square shape toilet and cover isn’t covering the entire toilet. Other than that all is fine! 」

「When we checked in the room,I ordered a king suite.I was told that all the king suites were occupied and that my king suite was under maintenance (had been for over (the room had been in maintenance at least 3).O was told they called Expedia and Expedia was supposed to notify me.I cant find a notification.
