"Breakfast was lovely however, we were in the Elizabeth Suite which was urgently in need of updating and a good clean. The bed was horrendous, like sleeping on a brick. It would have been nice to have a coffee machine in the bar area for when the bar was closed in the mornings. Be warned, parking in horrendous when its busy. Had to park my vehicle well away from the hotel due to lack of spaces."

"the hotel was in a good position quite close to the centre of Blackpool. the bedroom had not been done when i got up to the room so went back down to the reception and it was a surprise to the bloke on the desk who gave me another room which was an upgraded from the single room i had booked. so the room was very good the bed was a double and was comfortable."

"The hotel decided to cancel my booking 2 days before the trip because they couldn't be bothered to open. They then put the phone down on me when discussing this with them. Still haven't received the refund. They also cancelled on me last year which I think was due to over booking. Don't trust this hotel."

"Breakfast at set time 8.30 to 9.30 because I was at dance completed had tuo get in at 7.45 so unable to take would be a suggestion to order a pack continental because I was asked if at dancing ."

"The hotel was great value for money. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, which was great. Car park was ok but had to wait for another car to moved first. The rooms were good and clean, bed comfy. Hotel is a little noisy - either music in the pub, creaky floors, thin walls etc Overall, I enjoyed my stay."

"Room was unclean, dust on all work surfaces, carpets weren’t hoovered. the one chair in the room was broken with a sharp screw stick up. The shower cubical was mouldy & the shower head was thick black mould (we didn’t venture in there) Beds appeared clean and were comfortable "
