「Comfortable」

「Upon checking into our room we used the bathroom and there was hair and toilet paper on the floor in the corner. Absolutely disgusting.」

「Guest room was clean and very quiet. Bed was comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful in giving directions to our next stop. Breakfast was disappointing. Came down at 8:30 and choices were already gone with no staff refilling empty dishes.」
