「I did not take advantage of the breakfast, i did use hot water from there. I like the room, not having carpet was great, although floor was cold, it's still better than a stinky rug. Staff were friendly and helpful. Parking was great, close to the entrance.」

「This was an absolute terrible stay. It was obvious this room was not cleaned prior to our arrival. We immediately found hair (not ours) all over the sheets, everything had a coating of dust, makeup on the pillowcases, we couldn't take off our shoes from the dirty floor, and lastly we found blood on the towels.」

「This hotel is super quiet, clean and uber convenient to historic downtown LaCrosse. Have stayed here several times now and have no complaints. The price has always been lower than a comparable adjacent hotel (Radisson). Cannot recommend this place enough!」

「Loved the location and the "home feel" of the GrandStay Hotel. We were just steps to the Riverside Park which was beautiful and walking distance to the historic downtown La Crosse. Our only suggestions to make the experience even better would be to upgrade the beds and have ice/drink vending easily accessible. Anita」

「Improvements have been made to the Old Towne Inn over the past few years, and it is popular among those of us who come to the region for fly fishing. The beds are comfortable, and the rooms well designed for this kind of activity, both because the windows open onto the parking area and because the entryway etc. Having an old fashioned supper club next door is a real plus.」

「Parking was fine. The staff were never actually around so you had to wait for them if you needed something. For the price of the room it was very small especially the bathrooms, should've been no more than $100 per night. No breakfast. The pool area was cold. Will not be back.」
