「The stay was fine no issues with bed or shower or anything all worked well. Light switches worked funny and the door was getting caught on the floor because the floor tiles were loose. The cable for the TV was drilled through the floor and was just running along the floor. Other than that. It was a good stay.」

「So so dirty. Seemed like the walls haven’t ever been washed off even once, holes in the door to the bathroom. The bathroom had no fan just a hole in the ceiling where it should be and so much mold.」

「Check-in was good. The lady at the desk was very kind and helpful. The property is old but they are in the process of making updates. Our room had new floors and lights but only one light worked. There was food left in the fridge and the microwave was dirty. We had one bath towel and the bathroom floor was dirty. Overall it was okay for one night.」

「Booked 2 days with free cancellation. Tried to cancel 1 of the days during the free period & they would not drop the day without charging me $900 for the first night room. Room literally an empty room with a bed. No closet, no hangers. TV needed some kind of system update. Toilet seat broken, shower handle fell off in my hand & tub clogged so you stood in ankle deep water for your shower. Only ice machine in facility was broken. Their idea of a continental breakfast was a half full gallon jug...

「I am a city lady that fell in love with the calmness of Rainbow Ridge bed and breakfast. The yellow room was perfect with a bathroom attached. The pond view was fantastic! I was able to the walk the property, feed the goats, and walk up the hill to the monkey tree with a group of goats following me! Added bonus was when my daughter came to experience it! Fantastic must do in LaCrosse!」
