「Our first stay at this location. The staff interaction was excellent. David was very professional and assisted us with great customer service. We could tell he had a very challenging customer on the phone and was staying calm and answered her questions in a pleasant and professional way. Our room was ok. 「Room was clean and fresh. The only complaint was the about sleeping. The mattress was worn out and uncomfortable. Sheets woven and scratchy and pillows Lilly. Very quiet environment with coffee and tea in lobby. The one by the coffee has a machine that provides hot water but it was brown from coffee so needs cleaning. Didn’t use the workout room but was cold and clean. Pool looked okay. No hot tub. Staff helpful. Given two free drinks at check in for the Swinging Bridge next door where...

「We had a nice, clean room that smelled great. I’m sensitive to noise and sounds and it was great. We didn’t dine in, but did enjoy a cup of coffee and the water bottle filling station. Superb view of the river!」
