「Clean room and friendly staff」

「For a standard overnight, it met all expectations with it being a clean, quiet facility with the standard hotel breakfast offerings. Where it really stood out was the large pool and the best hotel hot tub I have seen in a long time. Big and hot. Lol. And the jets worked as expected. These days it seems like a pleasant surprise when everything goes the way you expect it to and here, everything was good.」

「The hotel was extremely loud. In the evenings you could hear cars and motorcycles racing up and down the adjacent street. None of the locks in the room worked. Overall, the hotel room was in disrepair. The bed was very firm and uncomfortable. The AC unit smelled fishy. We won’t be returning to this hotel.」

「Our first stay at this location. The staff interaction was excellent. David was very professional and assisted us with great customer service. We could tell he had a very challenging customer on the phone and was staying calm and answered her questions in a pleasant and professional way. Our room was ok. I found the ADA features frustrating as a non ADA user. There was plenty of room for two hooks on the bathroom door, but all heights were lowered for ADA. Our towels touched the floor,...
