「The room and bathroom was very clean and comfortable. The front counter staff were friendly. The breakfast had lots of variety and was delicious! Location was good and easy to access.」

The chair by the desk has some kinda dust on it. Clean it off with water and wash cloth. The wash cloth was dirty. The pool area was good. The pool was very cold ....the Hot tub was warm but, all and all it was a wonderful trip!! 」

「This is an excellent property with caring owners. The rooms are well-appointed, parking is a dream, there is a great park and the river nearby. Marty and Tiff run the property semi-remotely, which actually works very well! Very responsive to requests and attentive to their guests needs. Scones from the cafe in town were a nice addition. Be sure to ask for daily room cleaning if you want it, try the lounge—which has a very good whiskey collection—and just enjoy!」

「What a lovely hotel! Great location, friendly staff, clean room and super comfortable bed! Free breakfast was delicious! Great, hot choices. Location was great! In downtown right on the river. We actually got to gear a free concert in the park bandshell down the street. Great restaurant recommendation by the hotel clerk! We never heard of this chain of hotels before, but we’ll definitely book one again.」

「The floor is dangerously slippery! The Hot tub needs grab rails!!!! and a step. No nightstand on one side of the bed. I had to find my glasses between the mattress and the wall. The tv was hard to navigate (bad remote design). No tv in the outer room. No end tables by the couch. The staff was friendly and tried to be helpful.」

「My family attended the River fest in LaCrosse, WI on July 4th. The hotel was a few block walk from the event, not for the faint of heart carrying chairs. The hotel was nice and the breakfast was a plus. Parking on site limited the plus a parking ramp is across the street.」

「The hotel and room were clean and smelled fresh. The staff were friendly. The beds and pillows were very uncomfortable. The breakfast could have had more variety. Hot options. I would stay here again and bring my own pillows and extra cushion for the bed.」
