「The room is not well maintained. Breakfast is basic and some items were out of supply. The pool and spa are very good.」

「Room was very clean aside from the bathroom mirror, I had front desk give me a rag & cleaner so I could clean it myself because by the time I checked in at 3pm housekeeping was gone for the day. We had a over all great time. Little bummed the sauna was out of service & breakfast wasn't included but there is a restaurant with 20% off coupon from hotel to use. We chose to not ro use that & just brought our own breakfast, dinner & snacks!」

「The room was clean with ample space to park. The entire property is looking a little rough around the edges but I wouldn't let that stop you from staying there. You can clearly hear traffic noise but that didn't bother us. Our only issue was the Roku TV which kept trying to connect which made it impossible to watch.」

「I really loved this hotel! I stayed at the Americinn in Tomah on the way to Ohio and there was mold in the bathroom so this was an excellent change! The bathroom was beautiful! All around great hotel!」

「Key card couldn't open outside door making it hard to unload luggage. Had to drive around property to get front desk clerk to open. Found 2 live bugs on carpet. Carpet unclean due to maintenance workers.」

「Had to ask for clean linen because the bedding looked dirty and not changed. Pool area was down. So no pool, no hot tub. Wasn’t aware as they never told us. Breakfast they offer is a joke. Everytime I went down they had 2-3 packages of plain oatmeal, barely any milk or cereal and a half loaf of bread that sat there for almost the 2 weeks I had stayed here in total.
