The only improvement I could suggest would be to include breakfast with the stay. The elevator from parking ramp wasn't working so we had to carry our luggage up & down the stairs, but other than that the hotel location & stay was wonderful.

Stayed during Winter Storm Elsa. Staff was kind and accommodating. Rooms were clean and well kept. Would recommend a stay anytime.

Worst hotel I have stayed at! The bar & restaurant is CLOSED! The pool is CLOSED! The lobby restroom OUT OF ORDER, CLOSED! The lighting in your room is very dark, bulbs are not bright enough to light the room worse in the bath room. I had to call to get toilet paper when we checked in. No coffee available in the lobby and in the rooms they have a few K cups from Mc Donalds, so you will have to walk three blocks to get a coffee in the morning! Will never say here again, better hotels within walking distance.

This was always our favorite La Crosse downtown motel when it was a Holiday Inn. It’s really gone downhill. Really needs updating. Everything is just worn out and looks bad. Our room smelled like cigarettes, they were sold out or we would have asked to be moved. Not staying here ever again.

Clean room, but the bathroom tub collected water as you took a shower, very difficult to get to the parking ramp. The ground was not shoveled very well after a big snowfall.

When I walked in to check into my room the hotel attendant and another guest were arguing, then when I was standing there an older lady walked by and told us all to go to hell. After finally getting to check in, I was told my room wasn’t available. I booked a 1 king bed room 3 weeks before arriving and got there to be told it wasn’t available. I ended up staying and got a room with two double beds for the same price because I didn’t have another choice being that it was almost 1 in the morning. The room was in a no smoking area of the hotel but absolutely reeked of cigarettes. I get that it was a cheaper room but this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had.

We were there from Thursday until Saturday the garbage next to the elevator on our floor was over flowing with trash. Upon checking we needed to ask for toilet paper and for them to put light bulbs in our bathroom.

Room was nice and clean, water pressure in the shower is good. Hotel is overall clean. The only thing that could make it better is free breakfast.

The WIFI was a joke, it wouldn't connect half the time and when it did the signal was very weak. One of the blankets has a food stain on it as well.
