「Staff was friendly, rooms were cleaned quick and efficient」

「Conveniently located, regular and fast food restaurants all around. Good size pool, easy access and good parking. Our room could use a good cleaning and areas we saw could use an update. The walls were also paper thin. The pool was a good size and check in was super easy. If your looking for a one night quick stop, this would work, anything else you might want a different place」

「The room had a distinct smell , the carpet has not been cleaned in a long time and the flooring was very sticky. I couldn’t wait to be out of there, glad I only booked one night!」

「The beds were very comfortable and the room was clean. You could tell there had been some recent renovations. However there was no one to man the front desk. You had to call for service and the person who came could not speak English so communication was difficult. Our room was also near the front door and every time someone walked in the door you could hear the bell ring which kept us up most of the night. The toilet also ran all night because it leaked.」

「Our stay was very good. This was my second time staying at Three Bears Resort, and overall we had a great experience. However, I feel that the water park could use some maintenance. The pools, water jets, and wave pool need some repairs, and parts of the park would benefit from a fresh coat of paint and some general updates. Other than that, we were very happy with our stay. The rooms were clean and well maintained, and the staff was outstanding—friendly, helpful, and professional throughout...
