「Had to ask for clean linen because the bedding looked dirty and not changed. Pool area was down. So no pool, no hot tub. Wasn’t aware as they never told us. Breakfast they offer is a joke. Everytime I went down they had 2-3 packages of plain oatmeal, barely any milk or cereal and a half loaf of bread that sat there for almost the 2 weeks I had stayed here in total. 「This was a terrible place to stay and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. The shower curtain was dirty with black stains all over it, the bathroom door in our room was falling off, the ac unit didn't cool properly, the 2 exit doors are broken and you have to fight then to get them to even open then the 1 has a hay string for the door handle to get back in. The only reason I gave it a 1 star on most of the stuff is because I didn't have an option of no stars」

「I would not recommend this resort to families at all. We paid a good price to stay here and the water park which was set to open at 9am was still not open at 11. A visiting family told us that they had been there for 3 days and this has happened to them each day. The room was filthy!
