"We had a great stay and this is an excellent hotel for your children. HOWEVER, the kids pool area was so slippery. The steps up to the slides and the area where the slides are, are SO SLIPPERY! She just stared at me when I went to check in and it should have been pretty obvious I was there to check in and if she was unsure, ASK. "We were visiting family for a week and our stay was nice. The daily breakfast was consistently good and we enjoyed it every day. My room had a couple of issues. The mini fridge wasn’t working and the tub was draining too slowly to take a shower. Maintenance fixed both issues quickly. "
