「The staff was exception. We are new to panama and my husband had a medical incident. I was upset and confused about where to go, etc. I believe it was the manager and and another associate that came to my aid. They were so compassionate and so very helpful. I cannot say enough to express my gratitude to them. Even gave me the business card for the hotel so I could let them know how my husband made out at the medical facility. 」

「Loved so many things about hotel. Friendly front desk. Breakfast buffet had many options, dinner menu was good, cocktails are lovely, rooftop pool and bar are good. I got a massage at the hotel and it was amazing. I used the gym a few times and it was nice. My only negative, was that I never saw any cleaner at the gym or spray. I hope the hotel adds that one thing. 」
