櫃檯人員服務態度極差，本次已是第二次入住，基於上次經驗，入住時便先行提醒相關開啟暖氣及浴室排水口事宜，結果仍令人失望，完全沒有確實跟進。
退房後發現遺留物品，返回領取時雖順利取回，但飯店人員的誠信實在令人質疑。

「There is no obvious signage for drivers to this hotel. The corridors in the hotel are narrowed and it's difficult for 2 people with luggages to walk through. My executive room was spacious and comfortable though. Not enough sockets or USB in the room to charge my phones and ipads. 「It was not a very bad hotel but it happened to have some car event outside the hotel at the carpark and so we were not able to get a parking space. And I heard that these events happened all the time so just in case if you are bumping into one of there it’s gonna be a big trouble ( terrible traffic and no parking space till 10pm)」
