Had a lovely stay here, this is my second time in this hotel. Our flight was delayed and we didn’t check in until about 3am but the process was really quick. Room was lovely, comfy bed and plenty of room even with our big suitcases. Toiletries were provided, nice shower. Complimentary breakfast, which was really nice and check out wasn’t until 12. It’s such an ideal spot to stay if you’re flying or returning as it’s located right inside the airport right next to easy jet check in desks in north terminal, don’t even have to go outside. Will definitely stay again when going to Gatwick

We’re decided to stay here as it’s connected to the terminal as we were flying back into Gatwick at 3am. The hotel was very nice, the staff knew we were checking in late so all was ready. This was good, and they can accommodate you checking in at that time. Room was clean, bed quality was good. The only negative comment is about breakfast.. it finishes at 9:30 as most people stay to fly out early the next day; we were the opposite. While just about making it on time, the staff proceeded to clear it away around us as soon as it turned that time even though we were standing there with empty plates and cups working out what to do.. it was quite staggeringly bad service, which was reported to reception as we left. So overall the hotel is very good and does its job; just make sure you are at breakfast before the time limit.. We didn’t stay long enough to know what the rest of it was like..

The receptionist was excellent, very helpful couldn’t do enough for you. However the bar staff was rude, ignored me, whilst waiting to be served for food and drink. When he did serve me he forgot he was serving me and served someone else, I had to call him back to finish my order. The food was awful the chips were half cooked, the fish was all batter and no fish. Wouldn’t have food at your hotel again. Thanks

One night stay to catch an early morning flight. Very relaxing. Breakfast was solid. Gym was limited but only wanted a light workout before dinner, so was good. Bed, room temperature and noise was all appropriate.
