「Bed was very comfortable. Staff was very friendly. Restaurant was closed 2 of the 3 days we were there but there’s plenty of options in Deadwood.」

「There is no pool they have hot tubs. Clean room still room for improvements more bath towels and wash clothes air conditioning filters need to be cleaned, if they continue to use half pillows maybe add an extra one to each bed instead of 3. Quiet and close to Deadwood. Breakfast is ok gravy has no sausage but you eggs biscuits and gravy waffles and waffles. Pop machine on Second floor out of drinks. Overall nice place to stay for the money very reasonable.」

「This used to be a best western motel. It was clean bed was comfortable, quiet close to trolley stop, good parking. Restaurant is ok food ok. No complaints i would and will stay there again.」

「Check-in process is always a process-shouldn’t take as long as it does. Had an issue with our toilet when we got to the room at end of night. Hadn’t been in room except to drop off bags. Was told by front desk they had no plungers or anything to help. Had to move to diff room…which equaled to total DIFFERENT building which the place is a maze so took forever to find the new room. New room was quite possibly the 1st room ever at the establishment & didn’t seem to have been rented out in the last...

「This is a great older property on the highway as you come into Lead from Deadwood. I used to live in town so .camilair with the property and it's history. They have cabins and rooms. We stayed in a room. It was roomy even with a King size bed, plus had a loveseat, tall dinette, dresser, fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Pet friendly property. They are in the process of remodeling the rooms/cabins and other buildings (4/2026), and are adding a fenced-in dog area. There is also a covered...
