"Very nice casino and nice front end person but needed more customer service on the check in counter. Only one person and the line was long to get your room took about 15 minutes to get the room. He was doing as good as possible with the long line."

"We had unfortunate loss of power Friday early morning so no breakfast and bed was not made or checked Friday through rest of stay check out Monday with Friday and Saturday highest price rates. We did get fresh towels while stay and bed was checked Thursday. Could step up if charging more for weekend"

"The property was well kept and maintained. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was quiet and the room was very clean. It's a smaller room but adequately supplied with everything we needed. We knew when we booked the room that it did not have a fridge or microwave, therefore you plan that in advance. We definitely will stay again when we go back to the northern Hills."

"We enjoyed our stay. The hotel was clean, and the staff was very helpful. The only comment/recommendation is that we rented a 2-bedroom, and the bathroom is in one of the bedrooms (obviously, as the suite was just the 2 rooms). The issue with this is that our friend had to go through our bedroom to access the bathroom. We are good friends, so no big deal, but it could have been quite awkward. As a thought, perhaps an additional door could be added going from the main/first bedroom into the bathroom from the other side. I'm sure there is a reason it is like that, and it did not negatively affect our stay in the least. Highly recommend this historic and important hotel."
