「The apartment was clean and had everything we needed for 12 nights. The bed was comfortable. The air conditioning worked well, and we stayed cool during the hottest days. The kitchen was just right, and equipped with some utensils for preparing a few small meals between restaurant meals. Any time we needed to refresh our linens or restock paper products, all we had to do was ask and we got what we needed right away. The best part was the location. 「The room was clean and well supplied. The information booklet was greatly appreciated and help select restaurant for our evening meal. It was the first booklet supplied to us the entire month of our trip. 」

「Stayed 4 nights. Feb 2026 Great location! Convenient to everything. 2-3 minute walk to the beach, the pier, and lots of restaurants and shops. Even more within 10-15 minutes. Free parking available a block away. Friendly staff. Spacious unit. Comfortable beds. Excellent rooftop patio is fun to eat outside or watch the sunset. Placencia has a very cool vibe. Fun fact: there are no parking meters or traffic lights. Really easy to see why you might want to retire here. 」
