"A quaint Inn that offers the best service and comfortable rooms. A little run down, but the old bookcase with glass doors, at the landing of the stairs, makes up for any cosmetic issues. "The thing that really stood out were the eggs. Most continental breakfast serve eggs that are the consistency of egg flavoured jello. Their chef made eggs that tasted like actual eggs! It seems a strange thing to rave about but for breakfast the little things really count."

"We all know the saying "Never judge a book by its cover". That applies to this hotel. From the outside you may be a little wary but keep an open mind. The rooms and hallways have been renovated and our room was very clean and comfortable. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. You will want a car to get around, but it is about a 20 minute drive to the bridge to Halifax and is close to the highways. "
