There were used towels in our bathroom and the floor was filthy. The room appeared clean and spa like. The bed and pillows were not very comfortable and the bathroom doors did not close.

Our room at The Evangeline was perfect - spacious, comfortable, and clean! Check in was stressful - the code they emailed didn’t work… luckily we found a staff person who let us in. We didn’t take advantage of the pool or hot tub, but lots of folks did! We enjoyed two breakfasts and two dinners at the Hotel’s Longfellow restaurant. Wait staff was excellent - food delicious!

Stayed in 2 different rooms, ensuite motel room was modern, clean, well appointed, but a dripping noise in the wall did affect my sleep. Stayed 2 nights in Borden house, full of character and a great big bed, but kitchen had few amenities, small coffee machine, microwave and a big fridge/freezer, no kettle to make tea, no stove to heat food. Nice indoor pool and IR sauna, jacuzzi outside looked inviting but water was a bit murky.

The room was very clean and well-thought-out. It would be nice if the curtains had the option to provide some privacy without being full blackout. There were also only espresso coffee pods, with no tea or sugar.

Very easy check in and check out process! The room was beautiful, modern, cozy. We had everything we needed. Only downside was the bathroom door did not shut entirely which was a bit odd. We also went to use the hot tub in the evening and it was not very well maintained so we did not stay long. The property was beautiful and close to the winery/restaurants which was lovely! We would definitely stay again and will recommend to others travelling to Grand Pre!

Unfortunately we did not find this property good value for what we paid. The accommodations vary and we found ourselves in a basement feeling suite that was dark and dank smelling. The property did offer to move us that evening to a nicer suite in the main house which was very generous of them and we really appreciated it but it was neatly 10 pm and we were going to bed for the night as we had an early wake up the next morning.
