The hotel is well located and the morning amenities were great. We were only there for one evening, so I don’t have an opinion on the rest of the amenities.

The location for this property very close to the harbour was so great! Room service every other day is fine as long as they have left enough towels, cups etc in the room. We very much enjoyed our stay right down to purchasing stamps at the front desk!

A great hotel, in a good location, with excellent facilities. Clean rooms and generally a well presented hotel. I down grade the maintenance because one of the two available lifts was out of action for all of our stay at the property and little seemed to be being done to get the lift back in service. Breakfast options were limited and pricey but the food was excellent when it arrived and plentiful. Overall a good place to stay, don't hesitate to book.

The location is excellent for walking the city. The on-site parking is very convenient. The rooms were a little older and the beds/pillows were not the most comfortable.

The location is excellent for exploring downtown Halifax and the waterfront. Wonderful and helpful staff, great rooms and facilities, it is a great place to stay. A caution that for likely about the next year there is a new complex being developed across the street from the Salter Street side of the building, but it didn’t bother us too much even though they start work at 7am.

Room was clean with beautiful view. Dislike the level of detail to guests booked in for a birthday celebration for 3 sisters sent a note saying that there was only amenities for 2 guests. The hotel was super noisy I was kept awake by other guests until 3:30 am there was no conditioner in the bottle and for a nightly rate of $800 you would expect more.

We really enjoyed our stay, great views, big rooms, comfy beds, good food in the lobby cafe. Only one elevator though, chronic breakdown issues we’re told and the fan in our bathroom not working. But had a great time nonetheless
