「Check in process was very easy, we received instructions via a msg on the hotels.com platform with the address/unit, access code and wifi. I would prefer a text or at least text notification because unless you have the app installed you don’t get notified (only email saying you have one unread msg on the platform). The host (Mark) was very responsive when communication was sent, however there were really no issues or problems so communication was minimal. We highly recommend this property and would certainly consider staying again in the future.」
