「The staff were very helpful and accommodating. Excellent customer service. The included breakfast was excellent with full standard breakfast or omelettes or eggs Benny. Unfortunately there was a sewer line blockage that affected the toilets so that was inconvenient, the pillows were huge and the mattresses were quite soft but I would still stay here again for the value.」

「The location is awesome. The staff is awesome. We really enjoyed the restaurant and they had a good variety of foods. It was somewhat loud with people turning on showers, but I am a very light sleeper. Overall, I would highly recommend the Alt!」

「I was a little nervous before checking in as I read some reviews that were not in favour of the hotel. However, that was not our experience. We were greeted with a smile and professionalism, the hotel was clean and well maintained, the bed was comfortable, and the sheets felt good next to skin and the breakfast buffet, which was totally unexpected was fabulous. Highly recommend staying there.」
