「The first floor, under our room #13 was under renovation. Lots of noise including on Saturday April 4. The hallway in front of our room was very dirty; it had stains from food spills that could have been easily cleaned. The bathroom and kitchen in our suite were old, from the 80's or 70's. Very disappointing experience for almost $1,000 / night. 」

「Mimosa was across the street, but only about a minute walk so no beach view. The beach was absolutely beautiful and easily accessible with lots of chairs as promised. It is more of an Airbnb vibe. It is quaint and on the quieter end of the beach. Very few amenities. Service was great but guests must ask for certain things like trash removal and clean towels. 」

「Parking was very crowded and close. The room had a window in the entry door that wasn’t covered properly for privacy and let in light all night. The couch was dirty and the large rug was filthy. The bathroom was nice. The bed was good, and the refrigerator worked well. However, you had to go to another location for check in. If they cleaned properly and covered the window in the door it would be fine.」

「Could use some minor improvements. Safe, Real Keurig machine, shower handle operation decent , shower and sink not super clean. Microwave would be great. 」

「Pros: location across from the beach, nice pool on site, location relative to some bars and the marina area, wristband door keys. Maintence was very quick to fix our shower! Cons: location is far from the "popular" shops and restaurants, remodeled but still very cheap feeling, water to shower and facet gets so hot it would blister a child in seconds, pool chairs for use with this reservation are located at a seperate location which would be a 20 minute walk on the beach or hopping on the trolley...

「Accommodations were average. I thought the rooms need an update with bedding and mattresses. We had a suite and the pull out couch mattress was really bad. We were going to go to another hotel, but they gave us a room with double beds at a reduced rate...so hard to pass that up. With a teenager, you sometimes want some space and I know they want it as well. Manager was good to work with 」

「I reported the AC issue on the first day. I was told it was functioning normally, but the constant noise made it difficult to rest. We stayed three nights before being moved, and I feel that significantly affected our stay Furthermore, they knew perfectly well that the air conditioning in that room wasn't working properly, yet they still allowed the guest to stay there.」

「Such a great hidden gem! Walkable to the beach, and restaurants. The room was modern, cozy and well stocked. We enjoyed this place very much. Will definitely return. 」
