Room was in disrepair - drapes wouldn't close, bathroom sink cracked, bathroom fan incredibly noisy, the TV base was broken. There were no chairs in the room and we couldn't use the internet.
Check-in was difficult, staff maintained we needed to pay again, despite having a receipt as we paid through Expedia on booking. Eventually gave us a terrible room and said we'd need to speak to the manager in the morning. Overall a bad experience, although the morning manager was pleasant and agreed we had paid as they had received the payment from Expedia. Ironically we chose Quality Inn over many others in the area thinking it would be "Quality"
