「The hotel was perfect!! Not that far from Campus」

「I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The service was excellent, and everything exceeded my expectations. I truly enjoyed my experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. I would happily come back again!」

「Property appears rundown. Carpets are badly stained. Baseboards are missing in some areas. Elevator makes a grinding noise every time it stops before door opens. Our room had a musty odor. Doorway had chipped paint. We had no hand soap in the bathroom. When we asked the desk manager for some, he said it hadn’t come in yet! He did , however, give us a bottle of liquid Dove hand soap which appeared to have been partly used. The buffet breakfast was good and properly tended.」

「It was a nice overnight stop. Clean & safe feeling. No frills, but no problems. No elevator...but only one flight of stairs.」

「It’s very good 」

「Rooms were clean. Breakfast was as expected. They have space for a bar but it never opened. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Convenient to town.」

「总体不错，简洁、干净、费用适中，早餐需要改进，特别是餐具过小。」

「Great place to stay. Maybe the only complaint would be its seculded location, but on the other hand, it can be a plus for some.」

「Clean, Fresh, and Enjoyable Stay! I really enjoyed my stay at the Hampton Inn Brockport. My room was very clean and had a great, fresh clean smell as soon as I walked in. Check-in was easy and the overall experience was wonderful. I would definitely recommend it!」

「As a guest services coordinator with Marriott I can assure you that Hart House is a treasure to anyone traveling the Empire State Trail. The bicycle themed rooms are super unique with even the finest details not missed to assure an immersive experience. All additional essential amenities are covered, so whatever you left at home is available here. A gem.」

「员工礼貌，早餐美味。」

「The property is a early 20th century house in the small downtown area of Scottsville, with easy access to Rochester, Henrietta, etc. The interior is wonderfully decorated including possibly early 19th century funiture, artwork, maps, etc. The layout is a dormitory-type of plan, with a shared kitchen, etc.」

「The keyless lock at the front was a little touchy and it took multiple tries sometimes. It’s a 2-step code which can be an issue if your finger isn’t exactly on the right spot. Also no elevator with lots of steps to 2nd floor. Everything else was great.」
