We were stopping for a quick stay in our trip from New England to the Midwest. It was perfect. Lovely home, comfy bed, spacious accommodations and helpful hosts off-site. Thanks, Rachel!

The property is a early 20th century house in the small downtown area of Scottsville, with easy access to Rochester, Henrietta, etc. The interior is wonderfully decorated including possibly early 19th century funiture, artwork, maps, etc. The layout is a dormitory-type of plan, with a shared kitchen, etc.

The room was quite cozy and chill. It’s obvious the owners are upgrading yet keeping it quaint . Lots of clean towels and washcloths . Down comforter on the bed and nice AC ! Perfect combo for a great nights rest! Access to a kitchen, coffee maker, stove and cold water in the fridge! Wonderful getaway. Will definitely plan a stay in the future as I have family up the road !

Late August stop.

My stay was very short, but in the middle of a 15 hour drive, very timely and comfortable. If I go that way again, I will definitely plan on staying there again

This looks to be a house that was converted to an inn. Our room had a bedroom, bathroom and another room with couch, tv, fireplace. Plenty of room. The configuration was odd…we had three doors into our room, one led from the house’s kitchen into our bathroom. Keep that one locked. The property was clean and comfortable, just in need of a little fixing up. The owner is very accommodating. You get a complimentary breakfast at the local coffee shop up the street and it is a good breakfast. All in all, nothing fancy but it is clean, comfortable, quiet and priced well.

Quaint quiet house. Great communication with the owner who reached out prior to the stay. Comfortable bed and nice bathroom with jacuzzi tub. Easy parking. Breakfast included was couple blocks just up the street. Wonderful local coffee, pastries, breakfast sandwiches. Locally produced maple syrup, cards available.

This elderly property is fairly well maintained with a large bedroom and equally large bathroom. The stairway to the second floor is quite narrow so small suitcases work better than a single large one. The bedding and towels are good quality. The free breakfast, in a coffeehouse a couple of blocks away is delicious.

The room was spacious and very clean! Quaint and lovely! Rachel sent a reminder since I booked it 3-4 months earlier. It was a bed and breakfast also (nearby Artisan) included. Would highly recommend! It was half the price as the hotels during graduation and a bigger better room (King and one twin with attached bedroom).

Cute older residence, with a wonderful breakfast.

Its an older house. Very narrow stairway up to room. Wifi did not work and unable to watch TV. The pillow on the bed were quite old. The best part was the wonderful breakfast at their nearby cafe.

Wow, what a great place!!

What an amazing place to stay, and what a lovely people to deal with! I can't praise Beautiful Valley Guesthouse high enough. It's a cute and quaint place to stay at, and it's surrounded by one of the most verdant scenery you'd see anywhere. It's not a modern hotel: it's rustic and thank heavens for that. But the WiFi works great, and that's all the modernity I needed. And don't - do not - forget to eat your free breakfast at the neighbouring Artisan Coffee House. The sandwiches are delicious, the coffee is heavenly, and the people are friendly. I wish I could come back soon.
